Housing Sector Projects
Since 1986, KHAFRA has provided full architectural and engineering, as well as construction and program management services for some of the largest public housing agencies in the United States.

Site improvements, HVAC, plumbing and electrical system upgrades for a 2,500-unit complex.

Architectural design for an addition to an existing residential area. The design had to be in character with the existing structures and meet the approval of historical society officials.

Facilities assessment and condition survey at a 32-site 1,200-unit housing development for a major metropolitan housing authority. KHAFRA provided civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering services to complete the project.

Full architectural and engineering services for the complete renovation of 446 single-family residential units. Building types included quadraplexes, duplexes, and single-family homes.
