KHAFRA, an award-winning professional engineering and architectural design services firm, has been providing comprehensive engineering and environmental consulting services since 1986. Since that time, the firm has grown into a regional powerhouse of engineers and architects with a staff of over 140 experienced, dedicated professionals.
As a full-service architectural and engineering firm, KHAFRA is experienced in delivering complete engineering services beginning with conceptual facility planning, and proceeding through the design phase concluding with field construction contract administration. The firm specializes in serving the needs of industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, and federal clients. Many of KHAFRA’s projects include architectural, environmental, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering services. Our experience includes work on facilities such as airports, schools, museums, libraries, parking decks, hospitals, as well as water and wastewater treatment plants.
KHAFRA also provides specialty services in the areas of operations/management and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services.
Based on our experience and our commitment to client satisfaction, KHAFRA receives a high percentage of additional project assignments from repeat clients. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COORDINATION
KHAFRA has a documented Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program that has been approved by several federal agencies.
Maintaining project schedules, deadlines, and budgets is as important to us in terms of planning and managing overall operations, as it is to our clients in terms of eliminating unnecessary delays and the resultant inflated costs. KHAFRA has built a reputation for consistently completing work on or ahead of schedule.
Some of the techniques used to accomplish this include:

- Assigning groups, according to discipline, for the duration of the project
- Using proven production and quality control techniques
- Maintaining close liaison with the client through daily contact between the project staff and the client’s staff
